In a major step towards scaling capacity and improving technological capabilities, TOCO Steels is proud to announce the setup of its largest manufacturing plant to date, spanning 30,000 sq. ft. Production is scheduled to fully shift to the new facility from January 2026.
The new plant features:
- State-of-the-art machinery for cut wire shot, steel shot, steel grit, and steel fibre manufacturing
- A fully equipped metallurgical testing laboratory
- Automated sorting and sizing systems
- Energy-efficient furnaces and eco-friendly processing methods
- Dedicated R&D and quality control units
- Optimized material flow for faster production cycles
- Enhanced storage and logistics infrastructure for quicker dispatch
This expansion is part of TOCO Steels’ long-term strategy to meet increasing domestic and international demand while maintaining world-class quality standards. The upgraded plant will triple production capacity, reduce processing lead times, and enable the company to introduce new product ranges in the near future.
